CONTEC S.A. has established and applies a Single Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018) for design, construction supervision and management certified by TÜV HELLAS - TÜV NORD GROUP certified body.
CONTEC S.A. has determined and checks all the necessary actions that have to be taken in order to assure that the offered services are according to customer’s needs.
CONTEC S.A. has issued and updates a Safety Quality Management System-Health and Environment, which conforms to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standard. It is a live system applied, followed and upgraded.
CONTEC S.A. has set Quality System procedures that describe the methodology required for its application.
The field and the extension of the Quality System’s procedures are based on the variety of CONTEC S.A. offered services and offered products, the complexity and interaction between the procedures as well as in the applied methods, the acquired experience and the training of the personnel that is involved. These procedures include:
- Procedures describing the needed actions for the application of the Quality System.
- Procedures describing the sequence and the type of actions necessary for the assurance of the conformity of the offered services, including those that are provided by outer parts.
CONTEC S.A. management is responsible for the preparation, issuance and reassurance that the Quality Assurance / Quality Control System are being followed.
