Necessary Documentation

In order for the Certification procedure to proceed, a certification application is required.

During the inspection the followings are checked:

• Authorization of Operation of Company and accompanying Documents
• Other authorizations that are required
• Organisational Structure / Organization chart
• Quality Policy
• Handbook of Quality
• Activities
• Objectives of Quality
• Procedures and Directives
• Exterior Documents (eg Relative Legislation)
• Files
• Time of Issuance and Validity of Certificate

Provided that the Inspection of Evaluation of Quality System is successfully completed and exists a positive proposal from the Team of Inspectors, the certificates is issued in a short time (no bigger than five weekdays).

The certificate is valid for three years and for this period is supported by two annual Inspections of Monitoring.
