• Continuous upgrade and proper service of our equipment as well as the continuous upgrade of our methods and processes.

• Selection of capable employees and supply of adequate training as well as the continuous upgrade of our working environment in which every employ can develop its skills and expertness, duties and initiative.
• Support of every type of internal cooperation and promotion of the team spirit in our company between every human resource and in all working positions.
• Improvement of cost effectiveness and maximization of human resources usage in all working levels.
• In order to support those efforts for continuous upgrade of our offered services, a Quality Assurance / Quality Control System is established in accordance to the European Standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 which is applied in all our activities.
• With the achievement of the above mentioned targets, CONTEC S.A. seeks to hold its dominant position in the engineering market.
